A photographic practice between fashion, portraiture and the architecture of everyday spaces.

Diego Perabeles is a Veracruz-born architect and photographer based in Monterrey, Mexico. His work moves between fashion, portraiture and personal visual stories — shaped by architecture, film photography and the quiet tension of everyday spaces.
Trained as an architect, he approaches photographs the way he approaches buildings: as compositions of light, mass and silence. The architectural eye stays present whether the subject is a person, a façade or an object left on a table.
Since 2024, analog photography has become a central part of his practice. Film, with its constraints, has become a way to slow down — to observe light, frame with intention and build images that resist the speed of digital noise.
He works on editorial assignments, portrait sessions, lookbooks and brand campaigns, alongside personal projects across Mexico and beyond. Studio inquiries welcome.
